Cooking in June: Baby Back Ribs and Auntie Skinner's Riverport Club

The June cooking class, Mixed Berry Fest, was a lot of fun. Baby back ribs marinated with Chef Eva's homemade chipotle pepper-blackberry sauce and a the blueberry blackened blue chicken were a highlight. These photos are compliments of "Maverick" who attended the class with his wife and partied very late that evening.











After the class, a few participants that were staying in a cabin slipped off to Auntie Skinner's Riverport Club in Jefferson for some "down home east texas" fun.
